The Asal Ara is a leading company in the design and production of forged steel valves ( Gate valve , Globe valve , Check valve ) for oil , chemical , petrochemical , pipeline , natural gas and water industries all over the world .
It is stablished in 1998 in Tehran , Iran and the company management is composed of technicians who have gained many years of experience in the field of the valves .
The company has achieved a good reputation during the years on of most important and it has been recognized in Iran .
The first aim of Asal Ara is to provide products and services that the needs of our customers at a reasonable price .All valves must reflect the highest quality standards , where design , development , manufacturing and testing are obligatory passages .

The organization and flexibility of hte company allow prompt answer to any customer request in order to satisfy every requirements and a large stock availability of forged steel valves can also comply with short delivery demand .
The costant control during all process phases , according to the specific rules codified in the quality system based on the ISO 9001 : 2000 normalization and technically valid product capable to meet his requirement .
Asal Ara production range includes Gate valve , Globe valve & Check valves from DN 1/4" to 2" , class ANSI 800 Lbs full or reduces bore in any kind of material .
The costructing systems is bolted and welded bonnet .
All the components are generously dimensioned to achieve the maximum strength and avoid any stress under the most severe working conditions, materials used , meet the applicable codes ( API , BS , ASTM , ASME , etc. ) and comply with the additional requirement of Asal Ara 's specification .
All Asal Ara valves are tested and supplied with certified test reports , which include chemical and mechanical properties and hydrostatic - penumatic pressure test .
Recently Asal Ara company entered to an agreement with an italian manufacturer called " Duglas Chiro " , regarding different types of valve production like Gate valve , Globe valve , Check valves in 800 , 1500 , 2500 classes .
Considering to the closely relation between valves and connection joints , Asal Ara company is to proceed to concluded a J.V. cooperation agreement with italian Chiro piping factory .
Asal Ara is the first leading producer in forged steel valves and connection from 1/4 up to 2 inches which have been proved to be true by iranian specialists .
To expand the qualifications of the products at a sweetable level , Asal Ara is obtained the ISO 9001 : 2000 from TUV Rheinland company , affiliated to German TUV Institution by executing its quality management systems .
